Lauren Ash-Morgan is the Founding Co-Artistic Director of the new theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) from 2014 to 2019 having been an actor and board member for SSC since the year 2011. As SSC's Artistic Directors, Ash-Morgan also served in the capacities of producer costume/set designers composer/music directors and text coach. While she was usually the leader inside her ensemble of actors, in her last year with SSC King Lear, she became a director and lighting designer.
